Refund and Returns Policy

At Helthie Crush, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We’re committed to providing fresh, high-quality food and products every day. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Food & Beverage Orders 

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food and drinks: 

  • All sales are final once the order is prepared or delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for meals once they have been prepared or delivered.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, missing item, or quality concern, please notify us within 1 hour of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. 

In such cases, we may offer a replacement meal or store credit, if available, at our discretion.

 

Retail & Health Products 

We accept returns on sealed, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. 
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, if applicable.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or exchange for a different item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food or drink after it’s been consumed
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Gift cards

  • Date and time of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
