Food & Beverage Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food and drinks:
- All sales are final once the order is prepared or delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for meals once they have been prepared or delivered.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, missing item, or quality concern, please notify us within 1 hour of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.
In such cases, we may offer a replacement meal or store credit, if available, at our discretion.
Retail & Health Products
We accept returns on sealed, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, if applicable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or exchange for a different item.
